FAQs
Functional Health Coaching focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of your health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. Traditional medicine often focuses on specific symptoms or diagnoses, whereas Functional Health Coaching looks at the body holistically, considering your lifestyle, diet, and overall well-being. This personalized approach empowers you to heal from within by making long-term, sustainable changes.
The lab tests I recommend are tailored to your specific health needs and can include tests for hormones, gut health, food sensitivities, and more. Most of these tests can be done in the comfort of your own home using easy-to-follow kits, such as blood spot, urine, or saliva samples. Once completed, you simply mail them back to the lab, and I will analyze the results to create a personalized plan for you.
Yes, Functional Health Coaching is designed to help with a wide range of issues, including fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, and more. By looking at your health holistically and using lab data to guide the process, I can help you identify the underlying causes of these issues and develop a plan to address them.
All coaching sessions can be done remotely through video calls, which allows me to work with clients no matter where they are located. This flexibility makes it easier for you to fit health coaching into your life without having to travel or visit an office in person. You can complete lab tests at home and have your consultations via Zoom or another video platform.
The time it takes to see results can vary depending on the individual and the complexity of their health issues. However, many clients start noticing improvements in their energy levels, digestion, and overall well-being within the first few weeks. Long-term results typically take several months, as we work together to address deeper imbalances and optimize your health.
My approach is highly personalized and science-driven, combining nearly 20 years of experience in chiropractic care with my certification in Functional Health Coaching. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I tailor my coaching to your unique needs, using lab testing and a holistic approach to create a roadmap that addresses the root causes of your health challenges. My goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily, but to empower you with the tools and knowledge to maintain your health long-term.
While I have transitioned my primary focus to Functional Health Coaching, I still offer chiropractic services to my existing clients. However, I am gradually phasing out chiropractic over the next few years as I move fully into health coaching. My passion now lies in helping clients achieve lasting wellness by addressing their health from a broader, more holistic perspective.
